Privacy notice

Headlined Media, also shown as Headlined, uses this notice for its website, business-owner applications and fit-call requests. Contact Wilson at wilson@headlinedmedia.com with privacy questions.

Information you choose to provide

A campaign application asks for your name, email, center website, role, whether your center has staff and room for more students, and whether you could consider the stated service fee plus a separate advertising budget. Booking a call through Calendly also provides appointment details and your answers to the business questions shown there. Email conversations may contain information you choose to share about your center.

Please do not send parent or student names, records, health information or payment-card details through an application, email or booking form. Approximate business totals are enough for an initial conversation.

How we use it

We use this information to check whether your request fits the service, respond to you, arrange a conversation you request and keep the related business records. A Meta campaign application requests one email about that application. It does not add you to a marketing list or authorize text messages or phone calls. Further conversation happens if you reply or separately request it.

We do not sell application information or use it to create advertising audiences.

Services involved

Meta collects applications submitted through Facebook or Instagram and provides the submitted information to Headlined Media. Google Workspace is used for business email and related working records. Calendly handles booking information. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices and may process it in other countries.

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and page performance. Optional Google Analytics cookies measure website visits and booking-button clicks only after you choose Allow analytics. You can change that choice using Analytics choices in the footer. Declining these optional cookies does not prevent booking.

The testimonial connects to YouTube only when you choose to load it or follow its link. YouTube may process device and viewing information and use cookies. Visiting a booking or video service is subject to that service's privacy notice.

Retention and your choices

We keep application and correspondence records as needed to handle your request, maintain relevant business records or meet legal obligations. You can ask Wilson to correct or delete information held by Headlined Media, or to stop contacting you, at wilson@headlinedmedia.com. We will review your request and explain if any records need to be retained. Providers may retain their own records under their policies; requests about those records should also go to the provider.
